March 12, 2021: Invited to speak to Dilworth Rotary Club (Video Recap above)

March 2017: With Mikael Hagstroem (McKinsey Analytics), I co-hosted a breakout session on "Business strategy analytics: Integrating reason and data" at The Analytics Frontiers Conference in Charlotte. I presented two research proposals on integrating scientific knowledge synthesis to help monetize big data resources from the workplaces. The session was attended by 300+ participants interested in data analytics-based strategy making. Here is our presentation PPT.

August 2019: With Wenwen Dou, I co-presented "Can machines reason and tell stories: A causal knowledge graph and platform for enteprise KPI management" at the Analytics & Big Data Society Signature Series in Charlotte. It was followed by a panel discussion with Swaroop Yalla (Bank of America), Wenwen Dou, and Doug Hague.

02 Global Hub

September 2017: With Mikael Hagstroem (McKinsey Analytics), Mayor Jennifer Roberts, and Mirsad Hadzikadic, I hosted a Charlotte City Club "Big Thinkers" Forum on forming an industry-university-government community to promote resource exchanges on analytics. I presented a proposed knowledge navigation system integrating science and practice. The event was attended by 90+ invited big thinkers/leaders in education, private, and public sectors in the greater Charlotte region.

03 B-Schools/Consulting

Spring 2018: I presented the core ideas of GoPeaks ecosytem to some leaders in the consulting industry and b-school accreditation such as Dominic Barton (McKinsey Co.) and Tom Robinson (AACSB International) on the big picture of GoPeaks business ecosystem.

It is especially focused on knowledge graph-based prescriptive (causal) analytics. By grounding its solutions to improve multi-stakeholder performance management, its goal is to build a shared world brain serving broad interests of people and society.
